Dylan Webb

As a lover of storytelling, Dylan decided to start writing his stories down. Soaking up fantasy from all types of media, he has a diverse and modern view of what has shaped the fantasy genre. Inspired from the tabletop role playing games he’s played for years, the video games captivating him since a child, and the books that won’t leave his thoughts, Dylan finds it therapeutic to let out his own fantasy tales.

Coming from the cold, hard, calculated academic writing of his PhD to the warm expressive writing of fiction, Dylan has voiced his love for weaving a narrative in the form of his debut fantasy adventure The Eight Winds: Into the West. This is the first in a planned series, with the sequel The Eight Winds: Into the Depths already in the works.

From New Zealand to Canada, the world is just one big adventure to Dylan, and this marks an exciting new chapter. There are so many stories to tell, this is just the beginning!
